It is important to Flo to contribute to positive, meaningful change in the world through his work. For him, good design is shown by the fact that it resonates with people - both in the development process and in the interaction with the products. He began working with Be Able through his work on the "Guide für NeuBerliner", an app for refugees and other newcomers, as part of the social design initiative "kommen&bleiben". He co-founded the project "Match My Maker", which won the Google Impact Challenge, and is currently working on its implementation.
